Polite reminder – If your child is going to be absent from school, could you please let the school office (0191 5191990) know before 9.30am. This is in accordance with our school’s attendance policy which can be found on our school website under Attendance.

If your child attends school every day for a week they will receive a star. Once your child has 3 stars they can pick a prize from the “Attendance Prize Box!”
I know the children are super excited and can’t wait to get their stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our whole school attendance this week was 90%! There’s a lot of illnesses going around at the moment which has affected our school attendance this week 😔
With your help and support we are aiming for our 96% attendance next week! 🤞
Only 2 more weeks until we break up for the Christmas holidays and there’s lots of festive activities coming up! 🎅🎄⛄🎉🌟

The children love their NEW Class Attendance board in school! 🤩
Each week, if a class achieves above 96% attendance they can choose an apple from the tree and place in their class basket. 🍎
The class with the most apples in their basket by the end of the term will receive a treat/prize! 🌟
