If your child attends school every day for a week they will receive a star. Once your child has 3 stars they can pick a prize from the “Attendance Prize Box!”
I know the children are super excited and can’t wait to get their stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

FUN DAY LUNCH – Thursday 20th January

We are having a FUN DAY LUNCH for the whole school on Thursday 20th January to promote our school meals.

We have chosen the children’s favourite foods which we know they like, such as beef burgers, sausage rolls, chips, beans, waffles and ice cream!

Raffle tickets will be handed out to the children for lots of prizes to be won!

Just a reminder that all Key Stage 1 children receive free school meals.

We look forward to seeing your child stay for their school lunch on this day!

Well done to all the children attending school this week and the support from Parents/Carers. 👏👏👏
Our whole school attendance this week was 95.70%! 👏😄
The Christmas parties are well under way now and it’s lovely to see the children enjoying the festive activities in school! 🎅⛄️🎄
Only 1 more school week to go until the Christmas Holidays……

Christmas Enterprise Week

Forest View Christmas Enterprise Week. Monday 6th – Friday 10th December.
Nursery – Christmas Raffle & Christmas Crafts to buy. More details to follow.
Reception – Whole class calendar £1 each & Personalised handprint baubles £1.50. Selling them outside Reception gates on Thursday & Friday from 3.10pm.
Y1KC – Handmade Christmas Cards £1 each. Selling them outside classroom each day this week.
Y1/2RH – Hot chocolate reindeer cones £1.50 & Santa sweet cones also £1.50. Available to purchase throughout this week.
Y2SA – Christmas biscuits 50p each. Selling all week from Y2 class garden on morning playtimes for Nursery & Reception children and after school for KS2 children.
Y3 – Christmas Crispy Cakes 50p each. Selling at playtimes and after school every day this week.
Y4 – Hot chocolate stirrers £1 each & Reindeer dust 50p. Selling throughout the week at playtimes.
Y5/6 – Christmas decoration £1.50 each or 2 for £2.50. Guess how many sweets in the jar (50p a guess or 3 for £1).
Y6 – Chocolate Pick ‘n’ Mix (£1 for 6 chocolates). Selling at playtimes and after school on KS1 yard every day this week.

Our whole school attendance this week was 90%! There’s a lot of illnesses going around at the moment which has affected our school attendance this week 😔
With your help and support we are aiming for our 96% attendance next week! 🤞
Only 2 more weeks until we break up for the Christmas holidays and there’s lots of festive activities coming up! 🎅🎄⛄🎉🌟
