Attendance Rewards

We have the following attendance incentives/rewards to promote and celebrate attendance throughout the school:

  • Weekly class attendance initiative (prizes chosen from prize box)
  • Celebration assemblies are held every Friday, where the weekly class attendance winner is announced and the “Attendance Trophy” will be displayed in their class
  • Each class with 96% attendance for the week will receive an extra playtime
  • The class with the best attendance at the end of a full term (Autumn, Spring & Summer) will earn a prize/trip
  • Certificates every Half-Term for Good Attendance (6 certificates to collect throughout the academic year)
  • Every term all individual children with above 96% attendance will receive a certificate (Bronze Attendance Award for above 96%, Silver Attendance Award above 98% & Gold Attendance Award for 100%)
  • All individual children with 100% attendance for a full term will receive a certificate and individual prize (Autumn, Spring & Summer)
  • Children with 100% attendance for the whole school year will receive a certificate and special prize at the end of the Summer term (Platinum Attendance Award)
  • Weekly attendance updates via the school’s Facebook page and school website
