The health, safety and wellbeing of your child(ren), staff and our wider community is of the upmost importance to us and we will have this at the forefront of our minds in everything we do and plan to do.
Please see below the latest guidance on COVID-19 (25th April 2022).
COVID-19 restrictions are being replaced by public health advice. HSE no longer requires every business to consider COVID-19 in their risk assessment or to have specific measures in place”, but it is important that as a school we continue to comply with our legal obligations relating to health and safety, employment duties.
Employers must, as always, comply with the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 for cleaning, welfare facilities and provide sufficient general ventilation in workplaces.
We will continue with some of the measures we have had in place in our COVID-19 risk assessment, particularly the measures which link into the statutory requirements above, such as encouraging good hand hygiene and adequate welfare, dealing hygienically with coughs and sneezes and keeping spaces clean and well ventilated. We will also continue to work closely with the local and national public health bodies.
